Leadership Camp

Utilizing the outdoors as the classroom, the Leadership Camp is a highly interactive and experiential weekend program.

This weekend camp emphasizes the philosophy of ‘learning by doing’. Consequently, all participants to are encouraged to fully immerse in the activities and in the process, discover personal strengths, try out new roles and responsibilities, share and discuss their experiences, as well as build upon the collective capabilities of fellow team members to achieving shared objectives. Throughout the camp, participants can expect to work out of their comfort zone, receive or give constructive feedback from peers and Dr. Jonathan Marshall, an experienced leadership coach.  Camp trainers will also actively facilitate the camp’s learning experiences.
