Founded in 1861 in Poughkeepsie, New York, Vassar College is one of the United States’ top liberal arts colleges. Fields of Study

Yale-NUS students are free to take any Vassar course as long they meet the required prerequisites. The most updated course catalog may be found here.

Language of Instruction


Full Course Load (Required Number of Credits)

3.5 – 4.5 credits

Students are required to take the full course load at the host institution, which will be equivalent to 20 MCs upon successful completion of credit transfer procedures back at Yale-NUS College.
